LIFE X - 30-Day Return Policy

At LIFE X , we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible.

Return Eligibility:

  • You may return most items purchased from LIFE X within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or do not meet the above criteria may not be eligible for a return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of your purchase date to initiate the return process. You can reach us at support@lifexapparel.net.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
  3. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing you with a return authorization number (RMA).
  4. Carefully package the item, including all original accessories and packaging.
  5. Clearly label the package with the RMA (if provided) and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refund:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the return meets our eligibility criteria, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s) returned.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exceptions:

  • Some items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
    • Personalized or customized products.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Digital downloads.
